In the book Holden definitely set up a bad example of teenager. The antihero is that a person who do some bad things for the society of his friend. But he still is the hero because he also do some thing for himself is good. Alienated means someone socially disoriented or someone thinks he is unloved. So the alienated antihero is a person who is abandoned by the society and he has egocentric mentality. Holden have some frustrated things during the school and he fees lonely and unloved in the school but he want to become mature or want to know the thing that adult can do. He go to the night club and do some bad things. If we really to observe his mind he is becoming mature before he left the home. He also know to worry about his family especially his sister. Perhaps in Holden's mind, he is good guy but the thing that he present is extremely unacceptable for the present teenagers. He is depressed and pessimistic to the world perhaps he wants to change his personality but when he sees something is really bad he will also avoid it. I think these are the reason to be considered an antihero for Holden.
